Shipping

All orders are processed Monday thru Friday between 10 am and 4 pm. Your Order will be shipped USPS and UPS within 1-5 business days from being processed.

Where does NYBEE New York ship?

NYBEE New York online orders are available for shipping to the USA and most countries. Right now, we only ship to the countries listed here. Some items may not be shipped due to restrictions. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Taxes and fees may apply. Please include full address, phone number, and e-mail address.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 4pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 11-15 business days.

 ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.

 

If you refuse your shipment or are unable to retrieve your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import feels, duties or taxes that are incurred, and the cost of the returning the package to UNIF. The amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of your order, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

 

I'm having problems with the tracking.

In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@nybeenewyork.com We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@nybeenewyork.com as soon as possible.

Effective March 20, 2020, our Love It Or Return It policy is suspended.

Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting product returns to help prevent the spread of the virus.

We appreciate your understanding as we navigate an unprecedented time.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong, damage, defective product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered or damage or defective, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@nybeenewyork.com and we’ll be sure to get you the NYBEE New York you ordered!

 

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Is your card expired?

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.

 

Order Cancellation

How can I cancel an order?

Please email info@nybeenewyork.com as soon as possible.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order on site and want to receive your order after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?

If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at info@nybeenewyork.com (and include your original # order number) and we’ll take a look!
